This is another recipe that comes from my childhood. The best part??? It's super easy and generally has things you have at home :-) It's 6 ingredients.
3 or 4 Sliced Potatoes
2 lbs Hamburger
4 Serving amount of Rice(Cooked)
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Carrots
Brown your hamburger, and cook your rice. While those are cooking slice your potatoes in round slices and thin. Layer them on the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with your ground Hamburger, Diced tomatoes, rice, carrots and onions. Cook at 350 degrees for about an hour covered with aluminum foil. Make sure potatoes are soft. ENJOY!!!
